Objectives

Romlech Technology offers IT outsourcing service to businesses in Siem Reap. We help businesses to run their IT department smoothly and securely at a very low cost. We also help companies transforming their messed-up IT infrastructure into a manageable level. In addition to existing run businesses, we help new businesses to setup the entire standard IT infrastructure to get started.

 

How we work

We offer a 7 days free trial to all businesses to try out our services before deciding to buy our paid service. If you are satisfied with our services during the trial period, you can sign for a paid agreement and start working with us.

 

We are giving you support based on your request to our tickets service email or call center. Within the agreed response time, our team will be working with you closely to get the issue resolved. Our response time is within 2 hours after issue is reported by email and immediately if you report via call center during the working hour.

 

Service included

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

• Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.

• Write training manuals.

• Train computer users.

• Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.

• Walk customer through problem-solving process.

• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.

• Clean up computers.

• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.

• Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.

• Install computer peripherals for users.

• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.

• Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.

• Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.

• Perform schedule data backup

 

Terms and conditions

• Fee of hardware part replacement is not included.

• Exclude VAT fee and other fee not mentioned in the contract.

• Not responsible for hardware or software in case of fire or natural disaster.

• Prices are vary based on the exact setup of the companies. There might be price change but more or less the same.
